Bouncy chair stand
The client is a lady with a young baby. She has weakness in her upper arms, difficulty bending, and suffers from neck and back pain. She has difficulty in lifting her baby in and out of the ‘bouncy chair’ which is on the floor.
A coffee table was purchased and fitted with castors with brakes and a handle to enable it to be pulled around the house. The table legs were shortened so that the total height of the table with the castors was about 500mm. The ‘bouncy chair’ was fitted to the table with spring clips so that it could be removed when required.
The client is now more comfortable whilst lifting her baby in and out of the chair.
