Chair raiser
An arthritic patient was having difficulty getting in and out of his padded swing chair as it was too low.
A circle and a square were cut from MDF and a cruciform section was made up from timber to which the MDF was screwed and glued. The chair was secured to the circular top plate with metal brackets.
The client can now get in and get out of his chair much more easily.
