Electric shaver handle extension
The client has arthritis and uses an electric shaver. Due to his condition he is unable to shave the left-hand side of his face.
A simple handle eight inches long was carved from hardwood to extend the length of the electric shaver. The handle was fitted to the shaver using ‘heat shrink’ bands cut from tubing.
The client has regained his independence and is now able to shave himself without other aid.
