Kettle tipper
A client with weakness in both arms was unable to pick up and pour her electric kettle safely. The kettle did not fit standard tippers and the client did not want to change her kettle.
A frame was constructed to hold the kettle, with access for the electric cable. The kettle could be tipped forward until it could be emptied but was prevented from falling completely forward.
The client is now able to make hot drinks safely when she is on her own.
