Page turner
The client only has head movement and wished to read news papers and books using a head probe. He also wanted to use the probe to operate a phone.
A flexible probe was attached to the head band of a foam covered armature. This gives a comfortable but precise control of the probe. A paper gripping thimble is attached to the end of the probe, which can be removed leaving a pointing device to operate a phone.
The photo was taken immediately after fitting the probe and headband to the client and shows how easy he found turning the pages of a newspaper with the device.
