Peg feeding tube alarm/securing

The Bristol panel have been asked for help for a client who keeps pulling out the peg feeding tube from her stomach.  Usual solution of tight fitting special pants/body stocking has not been successful.   The OT wishes either for a solution to stop the peg being removed, or,to alert carers when it is disturbed so that they can intervene and prevent removal.
