Sandwich cutter

This gentleman had a stroke and is only able to use one arm. Whilst living in Australia, he had a sandwich cutter but this went astray when he traveled back to England. This device helped him to cut a filled sandwich in half without the contents falling out.

He submitted a design to the panel based on his previous sandwich cutter. The client is now able to cut his sandwich in half without losing any of the contents.
