Toilet splash guard

The following request has been received from Jayne Blandford, an OT with Wandsworth Community Neuro Team

Just a quick enquiry regarding some equipment modification. We currently have a patient who is unhappy with his toilet set-up. He has a raised free standing toilet frame in situ, but there is a gap between the actual toilet and the seat of the frame. This is allowing for urine to escape the toilet and spill onto the floor.

Do you have any suggestions for any modifications which could address this problem.
