I can wash by myself!

Margaux could not reach the bathroom washbasin as she has dwarfism, so Remap Derby was called in see if a solution could be found. Volunteer Ralph Anderson took great care in making this platform and step especially for her. It is made from wood, with non-slip step surfaces and side panels to reduce the risk of her falling off. It allows her to safely stand at the sink and reach the taps. When other people are taking a wash the step can be neatly folded up and stored close to the sink.

Now Margaux is independent and can use the washbasin without assistance.
