Fred can carry his hot drink safely

Fred wanted a cup holder mounted on his four-wheeled walker so he could safely carry hot drinks. His eyesight is impaired, with the result that he can only distinguish between dark and light objects.

Ralph, a volunteer at Remap Derby, made a holder for him from a “mess tin” with anti-slip matting inside to stop the cup moving about. It simply hangs on the side of the walker, so can be removed when not needed.
