Apprentices from leading manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover have supported Remap by designing a set of steps for a disabled young horse rider. As part of Jaguar Land Rover’s employee volunteering programme, the apprentices worked with Remap Southampton to design and build the steps to enable Keeley, Katie and other disabled young people to access horse riding as a sport. Equestrian event rider Harry Meade helped hand over the new steps at the Ford Farm stables in conjunction with the Riding for the Disabled Association.
