Ben’s bass effects

Bass guitarist Ben wanted to use effects pedals with his guitar, but his MS prevents him using the foot switches. Ashley Slater, a volunteer with Remap Essex North has devised this clever system to enable Ben to operate the pedals with a “sip and puff” switch. Simply blowing a puff of air into the straw turns on the effects for that distorted bass sound.
