Rico goes adventuring

Rico enjoys playing with the other children in his class on his school’s adventure playground. Because he has a form of dwarfism, he wasn’t able to reach some of the equipment.

Volunteers from Remap Essex North added an extra set of ropes to the chain walk for Rico to hang on to. They also added some steps so that he can climb up to the higher apparatus.

Now Rico can’t wait for playtime so he can go on adventures with his friends. We think his smile says it all!
