Help needed with clothing to go over external leg frames

Alistair Moat (Tyne panel) has received the request below from an OT and wondered if any other Panel were able to help, or, have a suitable contact?

I am currently working with a gentleman in Teesside and he has been in bilateral external leg frames for 16 months (and it likely to be in them for another 9-12 months).  This has meant that he cannot wear trousers or underpants as they do not fit over the frames.  We are looking for assistance to custom make some clothing for him to enable him to get out of the house as he is permitted to weight bear through his legs.

Can you advise as to whether this is something that you can assist with – or whether you can point us in the direction of anyone that can assist?
