Laptop Wrist Support
Client with bi-lateral wrist fractures has aching arms when using the laptop, and needed something to support the weight of both plaster casts.
The solution
2 pieces of timber (405 x 65 x 20mm) which had been sanded, and the corners rounded, were placed in front of the laptop. The height provided by the timber batons, in combination with a commercially available computer wrist support provided the client with a more comfortable platform for using her laptop.
The benefit
The client was able to continue working from home, despite 2 broken wrists.
