Art easel for mouth artistThe client became quadriplegic after an accident and wanted to learn to paint by mouth.  An art easel was manufactured so that the painting area could be moved, by motors controlled by the client with a brush, to a reachable position.  Movement is in 3 planes and enables the artist to paint with only limited head movement.  The client can now learn a new skill which helps him to make the best of his disability.

  1. Jane Jones says:

    Hi we’re in South Africa
I’m looking to assist a dear man who is struggling in a wheelchair with poor ergonomics. His posture causes him to lean forward over his big belly, crushing his internal organs.
    He is quadriplegic
Do you have a design that perhaps we could get someone here to make. Or a donated one that belonged to a deceased owner.
No idea what to look for. Hope you will help us.

I’m so sorry Jane, I wish we could help. Due to funding constraints, we are only able to provide support to people based the UK. We hope you find someone who is able to assist you.
