Holder on a Wheelchair For a Helping-Hand Grabber
Solution to ensure a grabber is always to-hand for a wheelchair user.
The Challenge
The client expressed the desire to keep her grabber handy on her wheelchair instead of having to locate it every time it was needed.
The solution
It was easy to make a holder for the grabber, however it was difficult to find somewhere on the wheelchair that it could be mounted.
The holder was fixed below the armrest above the wheel.
The benefit
The grabber is now always to hand, which is extremely beneficial for the client as it is frequently used.
