Wheel chair stump support
A woman had an above the knee amputation. She travelled a lot and had a small electric folding wheelchair. All the available supports were fixed, she needed one that could be easily taken off to allow the chair to be folded.
The solution
There was a flat rod with a hook that slid under the seat. On this was plywood platform , a foam support was gaffer taped on. The reason for just using tape was so the lady could adjust the foam thickness to suit as she used it
The benefit
The lady was able to remove this and carry it in a bag, It was lightweight and easily fixed and removed.

We would like to know if there are any available for left side
He has to keep his stump elevated at all times
