Car tailgate closer

The client was unable to reach up to close the tailgate of her car. It was not possible to add a strap (as used on this solution) because the car is leased (the client was unhappy to drill fixing holes) and there are no convenient existing screws to use.
A simple foam-covered hook was made which engages with the door handle.
